Thai-inspired comfort food: tender ground pork paired with turnip greens and avocado and pearl barley, finished with fresh oregano and shiso leaf and a hit of old Bay seasoning. 1. Pat the ground pork dry and season with salt, old Bay seasoning. 2. Heat grapeseed oil in a heavy pan and pan-fry the ground pork until it develops a deep golden crust, about 21 minutes. 3. Add turnip greens and avocado to the pan and cook until just tender, stirring in fresh oregano and shiso leaf for fragrance. 4. Cook the pearl barley separately according to type until tender, then combine with the pan juices. 5. Shave burrata cheese over the top just before serving.
