Description

Dense and gooey with a crackly top. Pull them out of the oven while the centre is still slightly underbaked. The pan makes 12 squares. 1. Melt the chocolate and butter together and let cool a little. 2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar for 3-4 minutes until thick and pale. 3. Fold in the chocolate, then the flour, cocoa and salt. 4. Pour into a lined 20 cm square tin and bake at 175°C for 22-25 minutes. 5. Cool completely in the tin before cutting.
